Job summary

LEAD Endeavors LLC is seeking proactive Forensic Psychologists for Fort Meade, MD, to provide evaluations, consultations, and high-stakes assessments for government civilians, military, and contractors.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope polygraph, a doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, and at least three years post-doctoral experience including independent licensure. You will perform fitness-for-duty and forensic evaluations in a defense context.

Qualifications/Abilities You Bring:

• Possess a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level clearance with a Full Scope polygraph;
• possess a Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an institution accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA);
• have a minimum of three (3) year post-Doctoral experience in psychological assessment; two of which should be independent licensed experience;
• possess a current, unrestricted license to practice Psychology in a United States jurisdiction with no pending adverse actions (e.g., suspensions, letters of counseling, restrictions to practice only with supervision, revocations) before any licensing board or hospital credentials committee;
• three (3) years’ experience in all of the following:
• conducting fitness for duty evaluations OR screening individuals for high-risk or public safety occupations OR conducting evaluations of a forensic nature (either criminal or civil);
• providing consultation on psychological related matters;
• conducting clinical interviews/assessments;
• determining diagnosis based on criteria outlined in latest version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM);
• proficiency in psychological tests administration (e.g. cognitive) for tests that are unavailable in computerized or self-report format or specifically need to be administered by a psychologist.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Providing psychological evaluations and assessments of Government civilians, military, and contractors for the purpose of personnel selection, applicant processing, eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), consultation to security management, suitability for overseas assignment, and hostile-area deployments;
• conducting fitness-for-duty evaluations;
• screening individuals for high-risk or public safety occupations;
• conducting evaluations of a forensic nature (either criminal or civil).
