Responsibilities

• Facilitate data workflows through SharePoint, MS Access, and similar tools to streamline document handling, version control, and access permissions.
• Provide administrative assistance to government personnel in evaluating and deciding on prepublication requests, ensuring adherence to classification guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain an accurate tracking system for all public release requests, updating statuses in real time and notifying relevant parties of milestones or delays.
• Compile and submit monthly metrics reports on request volumes, processing times, approval rates, and other relevant data to support program oversight and continuous improvement.
• Deliver proactive customer service via direct interactions, such as email, phone, or in-person consultations, to assist users in navigating the prepublication process and resolving obstacles.
