This position reports to the Supervisor, Forensic Processing and is responsible for the routine daily sample processing of the Forensic Toxicology Processing Department. This individual is accountable for all specimen receipt, sorting, data entry and work within the forensic processing department.
High School diploma or equivalent
Prior laboratory experience preferred
Able to sit or stand for long periods, Work in a laboratory environment and adhere to safety requirements, Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, Practical knowledge of computer systems, Commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to use a computer. Must be attention to detail. List up to 10 lbs. Work with open and processing urine, specimens. Opening and sorting packaging. Entering information into our LIMS system. Wear PPE.
