Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Forensic Nurse Examiner to perform medical-forensic examinations in accordance with established protocols. The role includes providing pregnancy and STI prophylaxis, documenting findings, and arranging follow-up referrals for medical and psychological care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Completion of a 40-hour IAFN or OR SATF SANE-A course.
• Oregon RN license required at hire.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical-forensic examinations with sensitivity and adherence to protocols.
• Provide prophylaxis and documentation.
• Facilitate referrals for ongoing care.
• Collaborate with community and legal partners to support victims.
