The candidate will oversee outcomes, provide case management, and mentor staff while ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. Oregon QMHP certification or licensure is expected within the specified timeframe.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and dedicated to developing evidence-based services for individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
• Oversee program outcomes and performance measures.
• Provide individualized case management to clients.
• Foster partnerships with judges, attorneys, and correctional staff.
• Review and sign staff assessments and service plans.
• Supervise, educate, and train graduate interns and staff.
• Provide supervision for licensure of program staff.
