  • Complete specialized psychological testing and assessment of clinical needs for adult inmates.
  • Provide crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy and psycho-education programming as clinically indicated.
  • Collaborate with inmates and Department of Corrections staff to develop achievable psychosocial treatment plans.
  • Advocate for appropriate resources based on assessed needs.
  • Manage caseloads with attention to quality of care and security requirements.
  • Assume case management responsibilities, including coordination of treatment and liaison with community agencies; maintain inmate records.
  • Demonstrate competency in psychological testing and understand the needs of adult inmates and seniors.
