• Lead clinical delivery, quality and safety for all clinical services.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans for hospital and forensic behavioral healthcare.
• Recruit, develop and maintain qualified medical and psychiatric staff.
• Conduct annual performance reviews in line with licensure and accreditation standards.
• Chair the Medical Staff Committee and liaise with outside medical partners.
• Manage referrals, court orders, admissions/discharges, and follow-up care.
• Promote evidence-based care and ensure patient safety policies are followed.
