Seven Counties is seeking a Senior Social Worker for the Kentucky Correctional Psychiatric Center. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to conduct forensic competency evaluations, restoration, and related assessments for pre-trial patients.

The position requires a Master’s in Social Work, CSW/LCSW supervisor license, and 4+ years post-master’s clinical experience; Kentucky Board compliance is essential. Full-time on-site role with clinical program development duties.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• CSW or LCSW supervisor license required.
• Compliance with Kentucky Board of Social Work laws and regulations.
• 2–4 years direct social work experience; minimum 4 years post-master's clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct forensic competency evaluations, competency restoration, and criminal responsibility evaluations for pre-trial patients.
• Provide inpatient treatment for individuals adjudicated incompetent to stand trial.
• Collaborate with Psychiatry, Psychology, Medical, and Correctional staff to deliver integrated care.
• Assist in developing, coordinating and implementing other programs and services as needed.
