Qualifications

• P.E. licensure or ability to obtain licensure in at least one state within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering and/or closely-related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on manufacturing and production experience across design, install, start-up, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents involving equipment, safety products/procedures, material handling, hand tools, and plant layouts.
• Analyze inadequacies in machine guarding, instructions, warnings, PPE, and related practices.
• Write clear, scientifically sound reports.
• Provide expert testimony.
