Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• Active P.E. license or ability to obtain in 6 months.
• 10+ years in manufacturing/production with design, installation, startup, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents involving equipment, safety products/procedures, material handling, hand tools, and plant layouts.
• Analyze inadequacies in machine guarding, instructions, warnings, and PPE using standards and best practices.
• Write clear, scientifically sound reports.
• Provide expert testimony.
