Ruchman, Inc. is seeking a Litigation Financial Analyst to support the U.S. Attorney's Office (USAO). The role involves tracing and analyzing financial records from investigations to identify funds and assets relevant to forfeiture.

You will assist prosecutors in developing theories for forfeiture, preparing exhibits, and working under pressure in a team environment. The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and U.S. citizenship with a background investigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• Three years accounting, finance, or related experience
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred
• Commitment to customer service; ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• U.S. Citizenship and a 7- or 10-year background investigation required

Responsibilities

• Trace, review, and analyze financial records from investigations to determine the source and flow of funds for forfeiture
• Assist prosecutors by developing legal theories for forfeiture and preparing exhibits and abstracts of financial evidence
• Perform other duties as assigned
