Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Managing Director in Forensic within our Consulting practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on leading complex investigations, driving client engagements, and building strategic relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments.

You will oversee engagements, manage internal teams, and guide pursuits to deliver high-impact forensic services. Applicants should bring extensive experience in forensic investigations, data analytics, and cross-functional leadership,

Qualifications

• Ten years plus of experience in forensic investigations and dispute advisory services.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business, or a related field.
• Background in forensic accounting, litigation, computer forensics, data analytics, finance, and/or law enforcement.
• Expansive relationships with law firms and corporate law departments across the geography.
• Experience developing and leading relationship building activities with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Sell and drive pursuits to help clients in uncovering and assessing the relevant facts concerning alleged or suspected misconduct.
• Focus on bribery and corruptions (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), data analytics, financial reporting fraud, cyber fraud and misconduct, cross-border, and data breach.
• Manage engagement and internal teams.
• Meet specific business relationship goals at assigned accounts as well as report and measure progress against quarterly goals with national/area/industry leadership and performance manager.
• Manage the business opportunities at assigned accounts to help determine KPMG is positioned to capitalize on opportunities by providing high quality services.
