Job summary

Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc is seeking a seasoned Forensic Human Factors professional to lead and manage consulting projects focused on safety, human performance, and decision-making related to products and environments. You will conduct field investigations, testing, and literature reviews while preparing expert reports and providing deposition support.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with travel up to 25% and a mix of site work and collaboration

Qualifications

• Education: master’s degree in cognitive/experimental/industrial psychology, neuroscience, or related field.
• PhD and/or BCPE/PE licensure preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present expert analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a legal/proactive consulting practice.
• Conduct site/product inspections and client meetings.
• Prepare expert reports, deposition summaries, and affidavits.
• Research statutes/regulations; provide written analyses.
• Organize case files and manage billable hours.
• Provide deposition/trial testimony.
