Job summary

Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) seeks a Programs Field Representative to support treatment court and diversion programs within the Central Administration field services team.

The role involves coordinating activities, ensuring compliance with best practices and statutes, providing technical assistance, and contributing to data collection and staff training efforts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, or related fields.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience with substitutions allowed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and perform a wide range of functions supporting treatment court/diversion programs.
• Ensure quality and compliance with diversion best practices and state statutes.
• Provide technical assistance, support program data collection, and facilitate training of diversion programs.
• Monitor contractual activity and participate in formal training activities.

Education
