Job summary

The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is seeking a Programs Field Representative to work in the Forensic Services Division. The position coordinates, monitors, and supports treatment court and diversion programs within the assigned area, ensuring quality and compliance with best practices, statutes, and evidence-based approaches.

Travel may be required; primary hours are Monday–Friday, 8–5.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus three years of professional experience in social work, public administration, or related fields.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience allowed with substitution rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and support treatment court/diversion programs within the assigned area.
• Provide technical assistance and support programmatic data collection.
• Ensure diversion opportunities are available; monitor contractual activity; participate in training.
