Job summary

BDO USA seeks an internship in its Forensic Technology practice to apply data analytics, problem solving, and consulting on active cases and internal initiatives. You will work with seasoned colleagues on engagements spanning fraud, AML, and data breach response, gaining exposure to SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, and AI‑enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, required.
• Currently pursuing a degree with focus in Accounting, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Information Systems, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides data analytics services to clients, including regulators and companies in litigation.
• Works on forensic engagements related to fraud, AML, FCPA, disputes, and regulatory matters.
• Supports ETL by extracting, cleaning, transforming data for analytics on big datasets.
• Assists in preparation of high-quality client deliverables and insights.
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
• Translates complex data into concise business observations.
