Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Experience treating adults/juveniles with sexually abusive, DV, or substance abuse histories.
• Ability to provide assessment and structured clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes & assessments for forensic clients including screenings and interviews.
• Provide forensically informed support services to individuals with mental illness, co-occurring disorders, or behavioral instability.
• Comprehensive case management with timely, compliant documentation.
• Maintain 60-65% direct clinical contact with individual and group psychotherapy.
• Deliver high-quality, ethical, evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain professional composure in high-stress situations.
• Demonstrate reliability and accountability for clinical and administrative tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong technology experience.
