Job summary

HOPE Program seeks a Clinical Coordinator (Ph.D, Psy.D, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in its California-based substance abuse and sex offender treatment program. The CC provides clinical leadership, oversight, and administrative support to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Travel between clinic sites may be required to support multiple locations. Ideal candidates will have extensive forensic experience, board supervision, and a strong background in CBT, RNR, and trauma-informed

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Licensed in California with BBS or Board of Psychology.
• Minimum 8 years of clinical experience, including 5 years in forensic or sex offender-specific treatment.
• Minimum 6 years of administrative or management experience in clinical settings.
• Experience providing board-level supervision and CASOMB supervision (or eligible).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven application of CBT, RNR, and sex offender-specific treatments.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, ethical care and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical service delivery for forensic populations.
• Maintain active clinical and supervision caseloads per BBS/BOP/CASOMB guidelines.
• Conduct clinical assessments, intakes, screenings, and evaluations.
• Facilitate team meetings and CASOMB-specific training to strengthen skills.
• Monitor Direct Clinical Contact levels and develop corrective action plans.
