Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Active Ohio Licensure: LISW/LISW-S or LPCC/LPCC-S issued by the State of Ohio.
• Supervisory designation -S (LISW-S or LPCC-S) preferred.
• 2+ years post-licensure clinical leadership experience in forensic, correctional, or residential settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide mandatory training supervision and clinical oversight to dependent-tier staff.
• Review and approve diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and interventions to ensure MHAS standards.
• Advance the facility’s rehabilitation mission by strengthening CBT, DBT, and MI models.
• Collaborate with correctional staff, parole officers and community stakeholders to support public safety goals.
