Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related human services field.
• Experience in inpatient setting and with Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) population.
• Experience working on an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and provide guidance to staff writing treatment plans.
• Complete internal audits of treatment plans for state standards compliance.
• Generate corrective action plans from Quality Management Audits.
• Ensure timely completion of treatment plans, clinical high risk profiles, and incident notes across three forensic units.
• Attend statewide trainings and disseminate information hospital-wide.
• Provide unit coverage and organize coverage for teams during leaves and absences.
• Attend weekly hospital meetings and provide clinical updates on individuals up for review.
