Job summary

MW Architects LLC is seeking an Architectural Forensic Project Coordinator to join their growing practice serving the Washington, DC metropolitan area and the Mid-Atlantic region. This role blends office design with field investigations, documenting conditions, and coordinating projects.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years of architectural experience, proficiency in Revit, and a willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2–6 years of architectural experience, including internships or practice.
• Working knowledge of Revit and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to project sites regionally.
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder and reside in the US.

Responsibilities

• Support forensic investigations and architectural design projects.
• Document conditions and collect measurements, photos, and observations.
• Create BIM documentation and 3D models in Revit.
• Coordinate with project managers and consultants.
• Assist in building code research and permit submissions.
