Job summary

Designworks Talent is seeking a Project Manager with forensic engineering or architectural experience to lead investigations, assess structural conditions, and design repair strategies for diverse facilities. You will coordinate work across commercial, residential, industrial, utility, and municipal sectors.

The role requires strong communication, multi-project management, and direct client interaction, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or architecture (or related field).
• Engineering Intern certification or NCEES FE exam preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in engineering, architecture, or forensic investigations.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit a plus.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and assessments, preparing accurate technical reports and repair documentation under guidance of senior staff.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and support project scheduling and coordination.
• Assist in developing repair designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Support senior staff with technical research, report writing, and project execution.
• Mentor and guide Staff Engineers and Interns as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
