Leonid Group is seeking a Forensic Accounting Partner & Practice Lead (Commercial Disputes & Litigation). This role can be based in New York, Boston, D.C., or Chicago, USA, with full authority to build and lead a specialist disputes team.

You will drive strategy, client expansion, and recruitment while sharing in the firm’s growth through profit participation and revenue-based bonuses. You’ll work with a tight team of partners and staff in a boutique setting that rewards rainmakers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading forensics, litigation, and valuation teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to build a new practice.
• Existing network of law firms/lawyers to generate recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, client expansion, and growth of the disputes team.
• Lead recruitment and build the specialist unit.
• Share in profit as the practice grows and revenue is generated.
