Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of heavy civil construction experience with 2+ years in supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specs.
• OSHA awareness; OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and willingness to travel within Texas.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are readily available and properly maintained.
• Monitor project costs and labor hours, working to maintain budget adherence.

Job Summary

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, procedures, and safety regulations (OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in operating various construction equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours and in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites within Texas.
