Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture-related field.
• Experience in livestock production sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production employees.

• Improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Make decisions that directly impact cattle performance.
• Support the production of high-quality beef.
