Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC invites qualified candidates to join our Telecom Underground team as a Foreman, leading crews on the installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems. You’ll drive safety, quality, and on‑time delivery across multiple sites.

Daily duties include reading blueprints, coordinating with supervisors, training crew members, and communicating with property owners to resolve issues. This role requires weather resilience and adherence to OSHA and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related work experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related work experience in a foreman role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Communicate with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
