Job summary

Star Construction, LLC is seeking a Foreman Telecom Pole Anchors Operator in Alabaster, AL to lead anchor-installation crews on telecom projects. You will oversee field operations, interpret plans, ensure timelines, and enforce safety standards across teams.

You will also coordinate equipment, train new operators, report progress to management, and ensure quality and compliance in all tasks. This role requires CDL A, 2–4 years telecom experience, and OSHA familiarity.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Valid CDL A and ability to lead field crews.
• OSHA 10 or 30 training preferred.
• 2–4 years telecom equipment experience including crew leadership.

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Valid CDL A and ability to lead field crews
• Must maintain a satisfactory driving record, as safe driving is essential when setting an example or training others.
• OSHA 10 or 30 training preferred, or working knowledge of OSHA standards applicable to field operations
• 2–4 years of telecom equipment experience, including crew leadership

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: lift up to 75 pounds, lead team in outdoor work, operate equipment, monitor active anchor work
• Occasionally: climb ladders, navigate uneven terrain, handle physical rigging
