• 3 years of experience working with electrical lines, both aerial and underground.
• Valid Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience or a Class A CDL.

What you'll do...

• Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently
• Lead and train crew while following all safety procedures
• Follow production procedures, accurately track and submit reports
• Complete work orders according to supervisor and customer specifications
• Manage issued equipment and ensure safety in utility identification
• Adhere to all company policies and standards
• Complete work and projects within designated timeframes
• Maintain high ethical standards and integrity
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Who we are looking for...

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are authorized to work in the US
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You possess a valid Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience or a Class A CDL
• 3 years of experience working with electrical lines (aerial, underground, energized)
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations
• Experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment
• Familiarity with bucket trucks and pole climbing
