Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC. is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead telecom construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on schedule while managing equipment and materials for a safe, productive site.

You will supervise day-to-day activities, train crew members, and enforce safety policies (OSHA, DOT). This role requires a strong emphasis on on-time delivery and thorough production records.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or related work experience.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely : work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally : use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Foreman TelCom Construction Equipment is $30.00 - $40.00 .
