Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC seeks an Equipment Foreman for our Telecom Construction team. You will oversee crews, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within safety guidelines.

You’ll train crew members, document DOT paperwork, and support the Supervisor with daily activities. This role requires diligence, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned
