Job summary

Essel Staffing Solutions is seeking a Foreman/Supervisor to oversee remediation and demolition projects. The role requires strong field operations background, leadership, and a commitment to safety and quality.

The successful candidate will direct 1-10 person crews, support the onsite Superintendent with scheduling and procurement, and ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality results for client projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Field Technician or Operator.
• Ability to oversee 1-10 person crews and provide clear direction.
• HAZWOPER certification required, with Supervisor training and basic construction safety courses.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets client expectations and industry standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members as needed.
