Job summary

Western Specialty Contractors is seeking a Skilled Laborer Foreman to lead concrete repair and masonry tasks on projects across Arkansas. You will supervise crew members, ensure safety, and coordinate with superintendents to meet schedules and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Residential or commercial construction experience required.
• Experience in concrete repair including patches, epoxy injections and sealing.
• Lay brick, block and stucco; supervise crew on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew to perform masonry and concrete work per drawings and specs.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and hazards mitigated on site.
• Coordinate material, tools and equipment for on-site tasks.
• Assist in site setup, cleanup and daily coordination with supervision.
