Job summary

Western Specialty Contractors is seeking a Skilled Laborer Foreman to lead field crews in restoration and preservation projects. You will supervise a crew, coordinate tasks, and ensure workmanship aligns with drawings, specs, and quality standards on both residential and commercial sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete repair and sealing.
• Residential or commercial construction experience.
• Ability to lay brick, block and stucco.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers to ensure work meets drawings and specs.
• Identify hazards and halt unsafe operations on site.
• Load, transport, and furnish materials and tools as needed.
• Rig scaffolding per corporate guidelines and safety rules.
• Assist in lifting, positioning, and securing materials and workpieces.
• Coordinate activities with supervisor and communicate progress.
