Western Specialty Contractors in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Concrete Laborer Foreman to oversee small to mid-size crews on concrete restoration projects, ensuring work meets drawings and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate reading, writing and math skills to understand company safety policies.
• Ability to read drawings is necessary.
• Able to supervise employees and maintain customer relations.
• Experience in a trade, preferably masonry and bricklaying.

Responsabilités

• Oversee small/medium crews on concrete restoration projects.
• Supervise 3-5 person crew.
• Direct crews in prep, waterproofing, placement, finishing and demolition of concrete.
• Ensure work complies with drawings and specifications.
• Maintain safety and communicate progress to superintendent.
• Rig scaffolding and assist with material handling.
