ABOUT THE ROLE
The Maintenance Foreman is responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities. This position oversees maintenance activities, prioritizes work, provides technical guidance, and supports the Plant Manager/Supervisor in improving equipment reliability, productivity, and overall operations.
This position is located in Hubbard, TX.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; two to three years of specialized training through a technical school, apprenticeship, or manufacturer’s training program preferred.
Required Work Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in production, maintenance, mechanical repair, installation, construction, or location supervision within the ready mix, mining, aggregates, asphalt, industrial, or related industry.
