Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading crews as a Foreman or Lead Plumber.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• OSHA certification preferred; valid driver's license.

Position Summary

The Foreman will coordinate daily activities, supervise field personnel, ensure quality workmanship, maintain project schedules, and promote a safe work environment. This role serves as the primary field leader for the plumbing trade and works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and trade partners to achieve project goals.
