Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Foreman and Licensed Plumber to oversee plumbing installation in commercial environments. You should be a licensed Plumber committed to quality, a team player comfortable working with employees from Modern Mechanical Systems and other trades, managing materials, the job site, and communicating with GCs/CMs. A positive attitude is essential!

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with customers and other trades, clearly communicating work orders and statuses.
• Communicate daily with GCs/CMs, including safety items and project updates.
• Manage job site materials, orders, employee tasks, and forms.
• Plan HVAC piping layouts using drawings.
• Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings with appropriate tools and materials.
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances, and fixtures using hand or power tools.
• Perform maintenance on water supply systems.
• Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems.

Qualifications

• Valid CT Plumbing License P1, P2.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Valid CT Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment.
• Vast knowledge of Plumbing Codes.
