Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Foreman and Licensed Plumber to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the installation of plumbing in commercial environments.
You are a licensed Plumber with a commitment to quality in all the work you do. A team player who is comfortable working together with employees from Modern ot other trades and managing materials, the job site and communication with GC's/CM's. A positive attitude is a must! AA/EOE
Responsibilities
Professionally interact with customers, other trades and clearly communicate work orders and statuses.
Communicate with GC's/CM's daily including job specific forms and safety items and Project Manager.
Manage job site material, orders, employee tasks, forms, etc.
Plan the layout of HVAC piping, using drawings
Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment
Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand or power tools
Perform maintenance of water supply systems
Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems
Qualifications
Valid CT Plumbing License P1, P2
Minimum 5 year of professional experience
Valid CT Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment
Vast Knowledge of Plumbing Codes
