Job summary

Knife River is seeking a Grading Foreman to join our team in Idaho Falls. The role oversees all aspects of grading operations and coordinates with subcontractors, trucking, and plant to meet project goals.

The position is full-time and seasonal, with travel requirements and exposure to extreme weather. Strong emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Idaho licensing is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven Grading experience.
• Supervisory and strong communication skills (verbal and written) as well as basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of all grading and paving equipment and operations.
• Valid Idaho driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Reading and understanding plans.
• Know how to set up and run GPS systems.
• Finish blading with GPS controls.

Role Overview

Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of Grading operations

• Coordinate with others including subcontractors, trucking and plant and Perform other duties as assigned

This is considered a full-time seasonal position. Travel will be required and working in extreme weather conditions should be expected.
