What You'll Do:

As a Foreman Painter at Paint of WNY, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services, adhering to our standards, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. You'll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, helping to maintain our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute painting projects from start to finish with precision.
2. Perform all painting-related duties professionally and efficiently.
3. Ensure the quality and timely completion of all painting assignments.
4. Follow Paint of WNY's standards and procedures.
5. Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate project estimates.
6. Address client needs and concerns with professionalism.
7. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
8. Ensure proper use and maintenance of painting equipment.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in residential and commercial painting (minimum of 2 years).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Expertise in surface preparation, coating application, and finishing techniques.
4. In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.
5. Proficiency with painting equipment (ladders, lifts, paint sprayers, etc.) and products.
6. Ability to perform all painting tasks independently and competently.
7. Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
9. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:
