What You'll Do:

As a Foreman Painter at Paint of WNY, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services, adhering to our standards, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. You'll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, helping to maintain our reputation for excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute painting projects from start to finish with precision.
  • Perform all painting-related duties professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure the quality and timely completion of all painting assignments.
  • Follow Paint of WNY's standards and procedures.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate project estimates.
  • Address client needs and concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of painting equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in residential and commercial painting (minimum of 2 years).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in surface preparation, coating application, and finishing techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.
  • Proficiency with painting equipment (ladders, lifts, paint sprayers, etc.) and products.
  • Ability to perform all painting tasks independently and competently.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full-time position
  • Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
