Base pay range

Responsibilities:

• Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship, adherence to timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Perform all phases of interior home remodeling on-site, including demolition, framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC work, carpentry, tile setting, and waterproofing.
• Safely lift and carry heavy materials, following best practices in job site safety.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites to ensure productivity and positive client impressions.
• Support project success by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in all phases of residential home remodeling.
• Own a full set of professional-grade tools.
• Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic.
• Clean driving record with proven dependability.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs regularly.
• Deep knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and task prioritization.
