Responsibilities

• Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship, adherence to timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Perform all phases of interior home remodeling on-site, including demolition, framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, tile setting, and waterproofing.
• Follow safety protocols, safely lifting and carrying heavy materials.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites to ensure productivity and positive client impressions.
• Support project success by taking on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in residential home remodeling.
• Own a full set of professional-grade tools.
