Our client specializes in custom kitchen and bathroom renovations, offering full-service remodeling from design to completion. Responsibilities

• Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship, adherence to timelines, and client satisfaction
• Set the standard on-site by actively performing all phases of interior home remodeling, including: demolition, framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC work, carpentry, tile setting, and waterproofing
• Safely lift and carry heavy materials, consistently following best practices in job site safety
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites at all times to ensure a productive work environment and positive client impressions
• Support project success by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in all phases of residential home remodeling
• Own a full set of professional-grade tools
• Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
• Clean driving record with proven dependability
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs regularly
• In-depth knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities
• Skilled in team leadership and effective crew communication
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment with strong knowledge of job site safety protocols
• Outstanding customer service skills with a professional, client-focused demeanor
• Certification in the Schluter waterproofing system is a strong plus
