Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman in Florida to supervise and work with a landscape construction crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. The role involves daily site oversight, coordinating equipment and materials, and enforcing timelines and safety on the job site.

You will read landscape plans, manage layouts, and keep accurate timekeeping while maintaining equipment and trucks.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations for landscape construction crew
• Coordinating the equipment and materials needed for each project
• Supervising and training crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety aspects
• Maintaining project schedules and completing landscape construction projects within deadlines
• Overseeing quality control on job sites
• Safely operating equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and excavators to perform landscape construction projects
• Loading/unloading cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials
• Reading landscape plans and providing landscape material layouts
• Daily timekeeping of work hours on job sites for crew members
• Ensuring equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
