Job summary

Baird Foundation Repair is seeking a reliable Foundation Repair Team Lead to support installation of foundation repair systems, ensuring safety and stability for customers’ homes. Working in a three-person crew, you’ll help with site setup, tool preparation, and keeping gear organized, while following proven processes for a clean, safe work environment.

We offer a Pay Per Job Bonus Structure, with earnings typically $24–$32/hour or more.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to do physically demanding labor (digging, carrying, lifting, crawling, climbing, kneeling).
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
• Ability to travel 30% to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job site setup and tool/material preparation.
• Ensure equipment is loaded and organized for each project.

Working as a crew of 3, you’ll assist with job site setup, tool and material preparation, and ensure equipment is properly loaded and organized for each project. You’ll follow established processes to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while gaining valuable field experience and training within an industry-leading team.
