Baird Foundation Repair is looking for a Foundation Repair Helper to assist with installing systems that protect the safety and stability of our customers’ homes. This role works under a Foreman, supporting site setup, tool prep, materials handling, and equipment organization on each project.

We offer a pay-per-job bonus structure with typical earnings of $19–$26/hour or more. The position emphasizes training, advancement to Foreman, and a stable, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor (digging, carrying, lifting, crawling, climbing, kneeling).
• Preemployment screening includes motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.
