Position Summary

This role involves leading a crew of skilled trade personnel in manufacturing, overseeing safety, security, organizational policies, and budget adherence. The Foreman supports production control, manages work packs, schedules resources, and collaborates with management to meet project and facility objectives, all within union contract requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and security procedures.
• Implement organizational policies and goals.
• Measure performance against budget and support budget analysis.
• Assist in production control projects.
• Manage work packs according to production control plans.
• Plan overtime and resource scheduling.
• Collaborate with management on project and facility objectives.
• Ensure compliance with union contract requirements.

Supervisory Responsibilities
