The role oversees multiple employees and a single plant operation with 4/12 hour rotating shifts (days/nights). Candidates should have a HS diploma, proficiency with Windows apps, and strong communication and organizational skills; a valid US driver's license is required.

  • Operate forklift when needed and manage waste paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain facility housekeeping.
  • Maintain knowledge of WIN inventory and drum storage.

We Build with Passion- Clean HarborsKimball, NE Incineration unit is seeking a Foreman performs hands on operations and supervision of plant operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations. Position include supervision of multiple plant employees and a single plant operation. Must be willing to work 4/12 hour rotating shifts per week Days/Night,

Responsibilities
  • Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
  • Performs one or more specific plant operations such as,drum pumping,drum dumping,tank farm operations,truck off-loading/loading, andwastewater treatment.
  • Supervises multiple employees and a single plant operation.
  • Operates a forklift when necessary.
  • Assures all associated paperwork as required for waste tracking movements is maintained and submitted immediately after processing operations have been completed.
  • Assure that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensures that supervised operations staff meets all compliance standards.
  • Responsible for knowledge of the Company’s Waste Information Network (WIN) system applicable to inventory and drum storage rack system
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all applicable SOP’s
  • Maintain proper housekeeping and follow best practices for supply management in areas of responsibility
  • Other duties as assigned
