Summary

• You can live anywhere in Texas or Oklahoma - we pay your travel to projects in Texas and surrounding states.
• Travel: Travel is close to 100%, we usually travel in 3-week sprints.
• All expenses are paid along with per diem, mileage and we pay for your hotel if you are traveling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project manager to ensure execution of electrical scope, including planning, layout, and oversight of electrical personnel.
• Prepare scheduling and productivity plans for assigned scopes of work.
• Act as liaison between project manager and on-site client representatives, partners, or customers.
• Communicate needs to KEI Project Manager to ensure materials, tools, safety equipment, and information are ready.
• Conduct jobsite safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Compile and submit project reports, including logs, safety initiatives, timesheets, and testing logs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Complete projects on schedule and within manhours.

Minimum Requirements

• At least five (5) years' experience in the electrical industry, with a preference for commercial retail.
• Experience and ability to lead small to medium projects.
• Strong knowledge of applicable building codes.
• Excellent communication, customer-facing, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Preference for an active State Electrical Journeyman or Master’s license.

Compensation

• Annual pay ranging from $90,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and licensing.
• Includes paid hotel, vehicle allowance, fuel card, per diem, and performance bonus.
• Two weeks’ vacation on an accrual basis.
